THE BEST BANANA BREAD BAKED OATS

This Banana Bread Baked Oats is so easy to make and so delicious. It is perfect for a healthy and fun breakfast or snack!

INGREDIENTS
The Batter
40 g / 1 dl / 0.4 cups whole rolled oats
50 g / 0.5 dl / 0.2 cups milk
40 g / 0.5 small banana
0.5 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp maple syrup
1 pinch of salt
1 tbsp chocolate, chopped
1 tbsp walnuts, chopped
Topping
banana, sliced
chocolate, chopped
walnuts, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS:
Into a blender, add oats, milk, banana, baking powder, cinnamon, maple syrup, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Add some chopped chocolate and chopped walnuts and stir the batter.
Pour the batter into a ramekin and top with some sliced banana, and more chopped chocoalte and walnuts.
Bake in the oven at 180C/355F for about 25 minutes, or air fry at 170C/338F for about 17 minutes.
