STRAWBERRY PEANUT BUTTER OATMEAL

This Strawberry Peanut Butter Oatmeal recipe is easy and so delicious! It’s perfect for a healthy and fun breakfast or snack. The oatmeal is made in the microwave and takes only 2 minutes to cook, and thanks to the milk, the oatmeal turns out super creamy. The maple syrup and white chocolate add sweetness to the oats, while the peanut butter makes it more filling. But the star of the show are the strawberries, which makes it feel refreshing.
INGREDIENTS
The Oatmeal
1 dl oats, 35 g
0.5 dl milk, 50g
1.5 dl water, 150 g
1 tsp maple syrup
1 pinch of salt
Toppings
milk, warm and preferably frothed
maple syrup
strawberries, sliced
peanut butter
white chocolate, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS:
Into a bowl add oats, milk, water, maple syrup and a pinch of salt.
Microwave for 30 seconds, give it a stir and repeat until thickened to you liking.
Top the oatmeal with warm milk, maple syrup for more sweetness, sliced strawberries, a spoonful of peanut butter and lastely some chopped white chocolate.
