SCRAMBLED OATS

I have seen people make scrambled oats on TikTok several times, but to be honest, I was scared to try it. I just could not imagine it being good. But, I finally gave it a try and it was delicious!
INGREDIENTS
0.5 dl / 0.2 cups / 20 g whole rolled oats
1 egg white
1 tsp maple syrup
1 pinch of cinnamon
Enjoy it with
yogurt, fruits and maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine oats, egg white, maple syrup, and cinnamon in a bowl.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat and grease the pan with some oil or butter.
Pour the batter into the pan and spread it out like a pancake.
Cook on both sides until golden brown, then scramble it until it looks like the image.
Enjoy it with some yogurt, fruits, and maple syrup for more sweetness!
