PROTEIN CHOCOLATE PUDDING OVERNIGHT OATS

Whenever I know I won’t have much time in the morning, I prepare a bowl of overnight oats. As a chocolate lover, this Protein Chocolate Pudding Overnight Oat is one of my favourite. It’s creamy, the banana makes it refreshing, and the chopped chocolate provides with some crunch.
INGREDIENTS
The Overnight Oats
3 tbsp oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp chocolate protein pudding
5 tbsp water
Toppings
chocolate milk
banana, sliced
chocolate, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS:
The night before, combine oats, chia seeds, chocolate pudding and water in a bowl.
Give it a good stir and let thicken in the fridge overnight (about 8 hours).
In the morning, give the oats a stir and transfer to a new bowl.
Top the oats with some chocolate milk, sliced bananas and chopped chocolate.
