PISTACHIO BAKED OATS

Servings: 1 ramekin
This Pistachio baked oat was delicious and tasted a bit.. luxurious, in my opinion! The white chocolate in the middle melted into the baked oat and gave it a lovely sweetness, and the white chocolate and pistachios on the top provided with some crunch.

INGREDIENTS
1 dl / 40 g / 0,4 cups whole rolled oats,
0.5 dl / 50 g / 0.2 cups milk
2 tbsp plain yogurt
0.5 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp vanilla sugar
2 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp pistachio butter
1 pinch of salt
1 square of white chocolate
Toppings
white chocolate, chopped
pistachio, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS:
Into a blender, add the oats, milk, plain yogurt, baking powder, vanilla sugar, maple syrup, pistachio butter, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Pour half of the batter into a ramekin. Place a piece of white chocolate in the middle and cover it with the remaining batter. Then top with some chopped white chocolate and pistachios.
Bake in the oven at 180C/355F for about 25 minutes, or air fry at 170C/338F for about 17 minutes to save time!
