Time: 8 hours
Servings: 1 bowl

Whenever I know I won’t have much time in the morning, I prepare a bowl of overnight oats. This raspberry overnight oats recipe is so refreshing! Perfect for a healthy and fun breakfast or snack.

The Overnight Oats
3 tbsp oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
0.5-1 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp plain yoghurt
4-6 tbsp water
8 raspberries, mashed

The Sauce
1 tsp plain yoghurt
1 tsp milk
1 tsp maple syrup

freeze-dried raspberries, crushed
hemp seeds

The night before, combine oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, plain yogurt, water, and mashed raspberries in a bowl.

Give it a good stir and let thicken in the fridge overnight (about 8 hours).

In the morning, stir the oats and transfer them to a new bowl.

Make the sauce by mixing plain yogurt, milk, and maple syrup.

Top the oats with the sauce, some crushed freeze-dried raspberries, and hemp seeds!
