INGREDIENTS

40 g milk
40 g plain yogurt
30 g whole rolled oats
1 egg
0.5 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

Using a stand mixer, thoroughly combine milk, yogurt, oats, egg, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt until well incorporated.

Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, lightly butter the pan.

Pour 1/3 of the batter into the pan and cook for about 1.5 minutes or until the pancake appears dry around the edges and small bubbles form on the surface.

Carefully flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes or until cooked through.

Top your pancakes with desired toppings such as maple syrup, whipped cream, jam …
