MATCHA OVERNIGHT OATS

This matcha overnight oat is incredible. It’s refreshing, and the matcha, a finely ground green tea powder, adds a distinctive earthy flavor to the oats, pairing perfectly with the unique sweetness of the white chocolate.
INGREDIENTS
The Overnight Oats
4 tbsp warm water
1 tsp matcha powder
2 tsp maple syrup
3 tbsp whole rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp plain yogurt
Toppings
milk
maple syrup
banana, sliced
pistachios, chopped
white chocolate, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a bowl, combine warm water, matcha powder, and maple syrup, then mix well using a milk frother.
Add the oats, chia seeds, and yogurt, stirring thoroughly with a spoon. Let the mixture thicken in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, top the overnight oats with some milk, sliced banana, chopped pistachios, chopped white chocolate, and a drizzle of additional maple syrup if desired. Enjoy!
