MATCHA BAKED OATS

There is something about the combination of the earthy flavor of matcha and the sweetness of white chocolate. (And the white chocolate becomes caramelized and crunchy after it has been air-fried which is so delicious)
INGREDIENTS
The Matcha oat batter
40 g / 1 dl / 0.4 cups whole rolled oats
50 g / 0.5 dl / 0.2 cups milk
40 g / 2 tbsp mashed banana (or 2 tbsp plain yogurt)
1 tsp matcha powder
0.5 tsp baking powder
2 tsp maple syrup
1 pinch of salt
1 tbsp chopped white chocolate
Toppings
white chocolate, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS:
Into a blender, add the oats, milk, mashed banana (or plain yogurt), matcha powder, baking powder, maple syrup, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Add the chopped white chocolate and stir with a spatula.
Pour the batter into a ramekin and top with some additional white chocolate.
Bake in the oven at 180C/355F for about 25 minutes, or air fry at 170C/338F for about 17 minutes to save time!
