HEALTHY SINGLE-SERVE APPLE CRUMBLE

This single-serve apple crumble is easy to prepare and so delicious!! Perfect for a simple and satisfying snack!
INGREDIENTS
0.5 dl apple, cut into 1 cm cubes
0.5 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp maple syrup
3 tbsp whole rolled oats
1 tbsp almond flour
0.5 tsp cinnamon
0.5 tbsp milk
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp coconut oil
Topping
vanilla yogurt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add the cubed apple into a ramekin and microwave for 40 seconds to make them soft. Then add the cinnamon and maple syrup and use a spoon to mix so all the apple pieces are coated.
In a separate bowl, combine the oats, almond flour, cinnamon, milk, maple syrup, and coconut oil using a spoon.
Top the apple with the crumble and air fry at 200C / 390F for about 6 minutes.
Top the apple crumble with some vanilla yogurt and enjoy!
