CREAMY LEMON YOGURT OATMEAL

This oatmeal achieves an extra creamy consistency, thanks to the yogurt. Its flavors are unique, offering a refreshing yet comforting sensation. The addition of poppy seeds and almonds brings a satisfying crunch to every bite, while the combination of banana, white chocolate and honey provides a delightful sweetness that perfectly balances the dish.

INGREDIENTS
40 g / 1 dl / 0.4 cup whole rolled oats
200 g / 2 dl / 0.8 cups water
30 g / 2 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp poppy seeds
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey
1 ml vanilla extract
banana, sliced
honey
white chocolate, chopped
almonds, sliced
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the oats, water, yogurt, poppy seeds, lemon juice, and honey. Cook the oatmeal until thickened to your liking, stirring occasionally for extra creaminess.
Pour the oatmeal into a bowl and top it with some more honey, sliced banana, chopped white chocolate, and sliced almonds.
