CHOCOLATE BAKED OATS
TOTAL TIME: 25 minutes
SERVINGS: 1 ramekin
This chocolate-baked oat is like a healthier and quicker version of a chocolate muffin! I often enjoy it on its own for breakfast or as a snack. But when I’m in the mood to jazz it up a bit, I’ll add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and it transforms into a delicious dessert!
INGREDIENTS
40 g, 1 dl, 0.4 cups whole rolled oats
50 g, 0.5 dl, 0.2 cups milk
30 g, 2 tbsp plain yogurt
0.5 tbsp cacao powder
0.5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla sugar
2 tsp maple syrup
1 pinch of salt
1 tbso chocolate, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add oats, milk, plain yogurt, cacao powder, baking powder, vanilla sugar, maple syrup, and salt to a blender, and blend until smooth.
Stir in the chopped chocolate.
Pour the batter into a ramekin and sprinkle some additional chocolate on top.
Air fry at 170 C / 338 F for approximately 17 minutes, or bake in the oven at 180 C / 355 F for 20-25 minutes.
NOTES
You can replace the yogurt with 30 g / 1 egg white!
You can replace the vanilla sugar with maple syrup.
