This blueberry cheesecake overnight oat literally tastes a little like a cheesecake, thanks to the cream cheese in it. The blueberries provide some freshness, and the biscuits, a nice texture.

BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE OVERNIGHT OATS

INGREDIENTS

3 tbsp whole rolled oats
0.5 tbsp chia seeds
0.5 tbsp poppy seeds
4 tbsp water
2 tbsp cream cheese
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1/3 tbsp lemon juice

Toppings
blueberries, fresh or frozen
digestive biscuits, crushed

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a bowl, combine the oats, chia seeds, poppy seeds, water, cream cheese, maple syrup, and lemon juice. Give it a good stir, cover it with a lid or some plastic wrap, and let thicken in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, top the overnight oats with some blueberries and crushed digestive biscuits.
