This overnight oat is inspired by banana bread! It is simple and delicious!


3 tbsp whole rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
4 tbsp milk
2 tbsp banana, mashed
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp walnuts, chopped
1 tbsp chocolate, chopped


Combine the oats, chia seeds, milk, mashed banana, maple syrup, chopped walnuts, and chocolate in a small container. Give it a good stir, cover it with a lid or some plastic wrap, and let thicken in the fridge overnight.
