TOTAL TIME: 25 minutes
SERVINGS: 1 ramekin

This chocolate-baked oat is like a healthier and quicker version of a chocolate muffin! I often enjoy it on its own for breakfast or as a snack. But when I’m in the mood to jazz it up a bit, I’ll add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and it transforms into a delicious dessert!
