Strawberry Shortcake Baked Oats!! Baked oats with sweet and fluffy whipped cream, fresh strawberries, and sprinkles for some crunch.

STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE BAKED OATS

INGREDIENTS

1 dl / 40 g / 0.4 cups whole rolled oats
0.5 dl / 50 g / 0.2 cups milk (preferably vanilla oat milk)
30 g / 1 egg white
0.5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 tsp maple syrup
1 pinch of salt

whipped cream
strawberries, fresh
sprinkles

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 180 C / 355 F.

Into a blender, add the oats, milk, egg white, baking powder, vanilla sugar, maple syrup, and salt. Blend until smooth.

Pour the batter into a ramekin and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.

Once baked let the baked oat cool down a little. Meanwhile, prepare the toppings by whipping some cream and slicing some strawberries.

Top the baked oats with the sliced strawberries, a lot of whipped cream, and if you want to, some sprinkles and powder sugar!
