INGREDIENTS

The pancakes
40 g / 1 dl / 0.4 cup whole rolled oats
70 g milk
0.5 tsp baking powder
0.5 banana
1 egg

Toppings
maple syrup
fruits
chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS:

Into a blender, add oats, milk, baking powder, banana and egg. Blend until smooth.

Pour the batter into a sauce bottle.

Heat a pan over medium heat and grease the pan with some butter.

Squeeze out small pancakes onto the pan and flip them once then are golden brown on the bottom side.

Transfer the mini pancakes to a bowl and serve them with some maple surup, fruits and maybe some chocolate chips!
