MANGO COCONUT OVERNIGHT OATS

INGREDIENTS

3 tbsp whole rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp shredded coconut
0.5 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut milk
5 tbsp milk

The Mango Puree
50 g / 0.5-1 dl mango
2 tbsp milk

Toppings
milk
maple syrup
cashews, grated (optional)



INSTRUCTIONS:

In a bowl, combine the oats, chia seeds, shredded coconut, maple syrup, coconut milk, and milk. Let thicken in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, prepare the topping.

Into a blender, add mango and milk and mix into a puree.

Transfer the overnight oats to a bowl and top it with the mango puree, some milk, maple syrup, and grated cashews.


NOTES
Sometimes I replace the cashews with white chocolate or hemp seeds.
