GOOEY CHOCOLATE AND RASPBERRY BAKED OAT

Servings: 1 ramekin
This gooey chocolate-baked oat is something else. If I didn’t know it was made with oats, I wouldn’t be able to tell!! It is healthy and delicious, perfect for a fun and filling breakfast or snack!
INGREDIENTS
1 dl / 40 g / 0,4 cups whole rolled oats
0.5 dl / 50 g / 0.2 cups milk
2 tbsp / 30 g banana
0.5 tsp baking powder
0.5 tbsp cacao powder
0.5-1 tbsp maple syrup
1 pinch of salt
some chocolate chips
some raspberries
INSTRUCTIONS:
Blend oats, milk, banana, baking powder, cacao powder, maple syrup, and salt into a smooth batter.
Add some chocolate chips and raspberries and stir with a spatula.
Pour the batter into a ramekin.
Air fry at 170C/338F for about 15 minutes for this gooey and “raw” texture (it is amazing). If you prefer a more cake-like texture, air fry it for another 2-3 minutes.
