This overnight oat is inspired by a berry smoothie! It is delicious and perfect for a simple breakfast or snack.

INGREDIENTS

3 tbsp whole rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 dl berries of choice
6 tbsp milk
1/2 tbsp maple syrup

Toppings
granola
raisins
nuts of choice, chopped
chocolate, crushed

INSTRUCTIONS:

Blend oats, chia seeds, berries, milk, and maple syrup until smooth.

Transfer the mixture to a small container and let thicken in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, top it with granola, raisins, chopped nuts, and chocolate.
