5 MINUTE HEALTHY OAT PANCAKE

Servings: 1 pancake
INGREDIENTS
20 g whole rolled oats
1 egg, small
0.5 tsp baking powder
Greek yogurt
maple syrup
fruits
nuts / seeds
INSTRUCTIONS:
Blend oats, egg, and baking powder into a smooth batter.
Heat a small pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, grease it with some oil. I used coconut oil.
Pour the batter into the pan and cook it until golden brown on both sides, like any other pancake.
Top it with for instance some yogurt, maple syrup, fruits, nuts/seeds, and chopped chocolate.
