This Apple cinnamon baked oat was honestly incredible. I’m not the biggest fan of soft baked apples (I thought) but this changed my mind!! Wow, I want another serving immediately!

INGREDIENTS

35 g whole rolled oats
50 g water or milk
1-2 tbsp natural yogurt
0.5 tbsp honey
0.5 tsp baking powder
1 ml cinnamon
1/4 apple
pinch of salt

1/4 apple
walnuts

INSTRUCTIONS:

Blend oats, water, yogurt, honey, baking powder, cinnamon, 1/4 apple, and salt into a smooth batter.

Cut the other 1/4 apple into small cubes, add it to the batter, and stir with a spatula.

Pour the batter into a ramekin and top it with some chopped walnuts.

Air fry at 170C/338F for about 15 minutes.
