TOTAL TIME: 10 minutes
SERVINGS: 1 bowl

INGREDIENTS

The oatmeal
20 g / 0.5 dl / 0.2 cup whole rolled oats
100 g / 1 dl / 0.4 cup water
0.5 tbsp cacao powder
1 pinch of salt
50 g / 0.5 dl / 0.2 Greek yogurt
2 tbsp chocolate protein powder

Toppings
strawberries
banana
nuts and seeds, chopped
milk

INSTRUCTIONS:

Into a small saucepan over medium-high heat, add oats, water, cacao powder, and salt. Let that cook for a minute or so and stir once in a while.

Then add Greek yogurt, stir well, and cook until the oats have thickened.

Remove the pan from heat and add the protein powder. Stir very well to combine the protein powder with the oatmeal.

Transfer to a bowl and serve it with some milk (definitely necessary, otherwise it will feel too thick), some fruits and nuts/seeds!
