This is basically a leveled-up overnight oat! If you like textures and flavors, this one is for you! I thought it was divine! Every bite was interesting, and it was also very refreshing! Perfect for a summer breakfast!

INGREDIENTS

3 tbsp whole rolled oats
1 tbsp mixed nuts and seeds, chopped
1 tbsp raisins
0.5 tbsp shredded coconut
2 tbsp apple, grated
0.5 tbsp maple syrup
4 tbsp milk
2 tbsp plain thick yogurt
0.5 tsp cinnamon
0.5 tsp lemon juice

Toppings
milk
blueberries, fresh
strawberries, fresh
almonds, chopped
peanut butter

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a bowl, combine the oats, mixed nuts and seeds, raisins, shredded coconut, grated apple, maple syrup, milk, yogurt, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Give it a good stir, cover it with a lid or some plastic wrap, and let thicken in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, transfer the bircher muesli to a bowl. Pour some milk over it and top it with some fresh blueberries and strawberries, chopped almonds, and lastly some peanut butter.
