BLENDED “COOKIE DOUGH” OVERNIGHT OATS

If you’re not a big fan of oats, I recommend giving blended oats a try! This cookie dough inspired blended overnight oat is incredible and tastes like dessert!! I wouldn’t say it tastes exactly like cookie dough (obviously), but it really is delicious!!!
INGREDIENTS
The Overnight Oats
3 tbsp whole rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp plain thick yoghurt
4 tbsp water
0.5 tbsp maple syrup
0.5 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp chocolate, chopped
Toppings
chocolate, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS:
Into a blender, add the oats, chia seeds, plain thick yogurt, water, maple syrup and peanut butter. Blend until smooth.
Add the chopped chocolate and stir.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and cover with a lid or some plastic wrap.
Let the mixture thicken in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, top the overnight oats with some additional chopped chocolate, and enjoy!!
